16 newly and beautifully renovated apartments located on the west side of Hamilton, Ohio - right off of Millville Avenue. A quiet community only a short distance from downtown Hamilton's restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and many other amenities.
We represented the owner, United Property Group, on the post-renovation lease-up of all 16 apartments. Through marketing, sound communication, and efficient scheduling, we scheduled over 120 tours and fully leased the community in 2 months.
The community consists of:
8 “standard” 2 bed, 1 bath apartments that rented for $850/month.
7 “deluxe” 2 bed, 1 bath apartments that rented for $975/month.
1 unique layout “deluxe” apartment that rented for $925/month.
The Hiland Building
Located in the heart of the Fort Thomas, Kentucky Business District, this historic building offers beautifully restored office and retail spaces. We have represented and are currently representing the owner, United Property Group, on various spaces inside the building.
Spaces leased:
1,800 SF office space. Leased to local artist Tim Lancaster.
1,015 SF retail space. Leased to local retailer Bluegrass and Sass.
2,628 SF storefront space. Leased to WUF Pet Spa.
